WOMEN OF THE BIBLE

A few years ago, the FCCW Spiritual Enrichment team, Father Claude Brubaker, Roz Corrigan, and Mary Ann Burris, worked hard on these prayer services that were sent to each affiliation in the State monthly.
A survey was sent out asking for input on the services. One sugguestion was that we try to keep it to one or two pages because of reproduction costs. Everyone seemed to enjoy the services and reported that they found themselves looking up things in the Bible and reading it more. This is the very thing the Bishops hoped would happen. The committee met the needs of our women with a good tool for spiritual enrichment which continues today.
The National Council of Catholic Women also thought the prayer services were great and liked the format. They invited the FCCW Spiritual Enrichment team to present this program at a national meeting.
